Another step forward.... Appraisal Complete...

This was the thing we had to wait on.  Got a call  from the bank this afternoon.  We are now at the start of the process of getting all the disclosures etc for the construction loan.  Movement!

We have a beach marker!

We have a beach marker.  These are not mile markers, placed about every quarter-mile the entire length of Mustang Island -- and Padre as well.

They are useful if you need to call emergency services, or to meet up with friends.

Our marker has been missing from the post ever since we've been in Corpus.  Now, if you're driving (or walking) along the beach on Mustang Island, when you get to Marker #70, you'll know you're on what we consider "our" beach.

We have an address!

 This is a two-for...  We're now up on the builder's wall, where he keeps track of his active projects -- and we have an address.  He got that as part of the permitting process.

But, it doesn't look like we're any more than a space waiting to be filled.

Actually we are waiting on the appraisal for the construction loan approval, but this still shows progress.
